Greenville Raceway Park
February 7, 2004. I haven't had this much fun in a long time! This was my very first time at a drag strip as well as on a drag strip. I can't even describe how I felt when that light turned green, and I stomped the gas like I was stepping on a roach, and hearing my engine roar at wide-open throttle, and feeling the g-force push me back in my seat, and watching my speed get higher and higher, and gripping the steering wheel like I've never driven a car before, and once I crossed the quarter-mile, and hit the brakes to exit off the track, letting out a great big "WOO-HOOOOO!"
I also got the chance to meet a fellow FBody.com member, Wing Chow (aka 97TransAm) and got a chance to check out his very clean and very fast LT4-converted Trans Am along with some other super hot rods and super cool rides.
